Churubusco Turtle Days Association 2008
Professional Food Vendor Contract-110/220 power usage
It is the policy of Turtle Days Association to limit the sale of specific food items. We limit the food vendors by first return of contract. So get your contract in early. If items you specify on your contract have already been reserved you will be contacted immediately. Food vendors are to sell food only.
THIS CONTRACT made and entered into this day _____________, 2008 by and between the CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION, and

(Hereinafter referred to as “VENDOR”)
WITNESSETH: CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION, during period of the CHURUBUSCO
TURTLE DAYS FESTIVAL, June 18-21, 2008 for vending purposes lease _____booth or booth spaces with
privilege of vending ________________________, for the sum of $125/$225 INCLUDES 110/220 ELECTRICAL HOOK-UPS AN EXTRA $10 PER 10AMPS OVER 40AMPS WILL BE CHARGED.

that all rent above mentioned must be paid in full in advance, no space will be reserved without full payment. The VENDOR must have exhibit and equipment properly installed to commence business no later than 4:00 p.m. June 17, 2008. In the event the vendor fails to install equipment and have exhibit in place to commence business as aforesaid, or fail to occupy the space herein leased, all monies paid hereunder shall be retained by CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION.
1. VENDOR must dispose of used frying oil off the park premise, and make arrangements for the pick up of any other items left in the park at the end of the festival.
2. CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION reserves the right to close any exhibit leased herein, without liability, should VENDOR, his exhibit, or employees be deemed by CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION to be guilty of any act that is against the best interest of the CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS FESTIVAL.
3. The VENDOR agrees to comply with conditions of this contract and all rules and regulations adopted by the CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of this lease and VENDOR shall forfeit all rights hereunder and shall, upon demand immediately close the exhibit and shall surrender the space leased and not be entitled to refund of any monies paid to the CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION.
4. VENDOR must supply certificate of insurance to CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION and must be mailed with this contract.
5. CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION shall not be liable for any damages to VENDOR exhibit, equipment or merchandise by reason of FIRE, THEFT, LOSS or OTHER damages.
6. CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION shall furnish outlet receptacle power with 10X10 foot booth space CONCESSIONS will be limited to forty (40) amps. Please mark below if additional amperage is needed, and include fee when you pay booth rental.
7. TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION will not permit any exhibit to be dismantled before show closes on Saturday evening, June 21, 2008. Therefore, VENDOR agrees to cooperate and obligates themselves when signatures are affixed to this contract.
Vendor agrees to assume, defend at all times, indemnify, protect, save and hold harmless CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION, against claims or demands arising or resulting from the use by the vendor, the claims of any employee or agent of VENDOR, the claims of anyone attending the exhibit and the claims of any other person for damages for bodily injury, sickness, mental anguish, or death and claims for damage to the property of vendor which is sustained during the use by vendor of the space provided by the CHURUBUSCO TURTLE DAYS ASSOCIATION.
